Key responsibilities:
  • Managing customer expectation by delivering exceptional service 
  • High levels of Visual Merchandising & Stock management 
  • Inspire a team culture & a highly productive working environment 
  • Manage up to 20+ staff, training and development of future leaders 
  • Ability to read and produce P&L's, staff and stock reporting
As the assistant store manager, you will be confident leading & developing a large format team. Inspiring future leaders and leading from the front. Working within a fast paced environment you will need to be efficient and able to time manage. The role will see you build brand awareness & assist in driving sales to ensure company growth.
