About the Role
- The Client Service Associate is an Ambassador of the Maison and a member of a boutique team.
- Uphold the ideals of the Client Experience with a clear understanding of luxury service requirements
- Embodies the excellence of the service. Responsible for welcoming each client, offering a personal interaction.
- Complies with the high standards of sales and service. Respecting and applying the process & policies of the Maison.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role within a luxury sales environment and industry experience in after-sales
- Experience in watchmaking and jewellery highly appreciated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very rigorous, Interpersonal skills, empathy, confidence, strong solution driver, client focused and good team-player
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus but not essential
- A generous salary package of up to $60k
