The role 
This role is managing your base store team of 20 plus. You will be accountable for team training and development, customer service while taking the business to the next level. You must have a great customer service history and love giving perfect customer service. This role would preferably be a passionate leader who has strong operation experience. Previous history in rostering and wage management with a minimum of 5 year Management experience is a must. 
You will bring 

  • A passion for amazing customer service and being a strong leader
  • Previous multi site management experience 
  • An excellent understanding of rostering and wage costs
  • Previous development skills and drives team to achieve success 
  • Understanding of accessories and passion for selling
