Originally from New Zealand, this innovative brand is seeking a customer service focused store manager to take on there #1 outlet store in NSW at Birkenhead Point. If you want to help women find the perfect fit and love taking the time to understand their needs and wants then this the next role for you!

The role

  • Managing a small team of 5
  • Controlling all aspects of stock
  • Driving and exceeding in sales and KPI’s
  • Building and maintain a loyal customer base 
You will bring
  • Previous store management experience in retail
  • The understanding of driving sales and the consultative sales process
  • Be able to build a mini community and provide memorable customer service
  • Ability to work as a team and autonomously
