My client is sourcing an Executive Manager to join their Head Office team based in Adelaide. This is a team leader position responsible for a small group of professionals who have a significant impact on successful business outcomes.

This role has a heavy emphasis on data analysis and forecasting to make purchasing and delivery decisions. Measurable KPI's are:

  • Sales
  • Promotional Product Performance
  • Minimise loss and wastage
  • Quality Control
Succesful applicants may come from an FMCG Management background in:
  • Planning
  • Logistics
  • Buying / Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Category Management
The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders accross other departments as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers and transport companies is crucial.

Experience with all of the above, with the added challenge of managing a product with a short shelf life, would be advantageous.
