Store Manager | Goondiwindi

Founded in the 80’s our client is a leading discount variety chain that now has over 350 stores across the country. Stocking a wide variety of products from toiletries to basic furniture.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day to day operations of this busy retail store. Leading from the front you will lead by example day in day out. You will be hard working, committed and be able to work under pressure and to strict time lines.

Your responsibilities will include

• Driving and motivating team members on a daily basis
• Rostering, reporting and P&L management
• Full performance management of the team
• Ensuring the financial performance of your store
• Meeting daily and weekly KPI’s and monthly and annual budgets
• Maintaining company values and representing the brand

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a large format environment
• A solid understanding of KPIs and sales targets
• P&L understanding
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor
• Proven performance management skills
