As a Replenishment Coordinator in this business, you will be accountable for the inventory control of the store. You will also be responsible for driving, leading and coaching the team around supporting the core values of the business, promoting Excellence, Innovation and Collaboration to ensure the team delivers exceptional standards of service to their customers.
What you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to ensure the store is fully stocked and merchandised to maximise the customers experience
  • Maximising sales and profit earnings
  • Maintaining expense levels according to budget
  • Managing, coaching and developing Team Members
  • Ensuring the culture is maintained and ongoing career path opportunities are provided

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Retail leadership experience in a similar retail environment
  • Possess strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and training
  • Experience in developing succession plans
