Amazing International retailer in Castle Towers is currently looking for a Store Manager to take there team and store to the next level. With a rich heritage and strong values this opportunity doesn't come up often!

The role 
This role is managing a large team of 30. You must have a great customer service history and love getting the perfect customer service to every customer. This role would preferably have a passionate leader who has strong operation experience. Previous history in rostering and wage management with a minimum of 2 year Management experience is a must. 
You will bring 

  • A passion for amazing customer service and being a strong leader
  • An excellent understanding of rostering and wage costs
  • Previous development skills and drives team to achieve success 
  • Understanding of accessories and passion for selling
