You will be:
- Managing a small family like team of 5
- In store decision maker – Taking accountability for general day to day tasks
- Experienced in rostering, wage management and performance management
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- The ability and knowledge of effectively running of a business
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships
