Our client is an international powerhouse who have hit the Australian market and are experiencing rapid growth along the east coast, with further sites scheduled to open in 2018. Their stores are a large format environment, and you will find everything from mens, womens, and kids clothes and shoes, through to bags, luggage, cosmetics, homewares and everything in between.

The Role

  • Operational management including rostering, compliance, WHS management
  • Setting and managing daily goals for the team
  • Drive effective communication methods throughout the store
  • Manage controllable expenses such as wages, petty cash etc
  • Stocktake and shrinkage control
  • Effective team recruitment and training
  • Visual merchandising 
  • Ensuring that all customers are experiencing top levels of customer service
About You
  • At least 2 years in an Assistant Manager or Store Manager capacity in a large format retail environment
  • Experience in leading a team of at least 10 people
  • Apparel experience essential
  • Visual merchandising ability
  • Recruitment, coaching and training experience
