The role 

  • Coaching and training your team of 25 sale associates 
  • Building client relationships and driving sales 
  • Maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation 
  • Leading tasks in operation duties while driving and exceeding sales
  • Working closely with head office for PR events
  
You will bring
  • Previous management experience of 3-5 years minimum
  • Great understands of driving and exceeding sales
  • Fun, energetic and driven personality
  • Seamless time management and visual merchandising skills 
  • Previous experience in managing and reviewing profit and loss
  • Passion for training and developing your team
