The Role

As an Assistant Manager in this business you will be responsible for working with the Store Manager in leading a team of up to 50 staff. Due to the company growth you will have an ambition to grow within their business as their preference is to always promote from within. 

About You

  • Experience in a leadership role within a high volume retail environment
  • You have managed teams of at least 10 people
  • Apparel experience preferred
  • Coaching and development of staff to achieve set goals
  • A genuine desire to grow and develop your career within an expanding organisation
