As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Styling your customer’s space with creative and imaginative possibilities
  • Providing relevant design advice, product knowledge and product recommendations
  • Driving sales through consultation, service, visuals and brand design inspiration
  • Achieving sales targets, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
  • Work closely with Store Manager and develop business strategies and expand store movement and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
  
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years proven experience in an Assistant Manager role
  • MUST HAVE home/lifestyle experience
  • STRONG visual merchandising experience with a good eye for detail
  • Up to date with social media, active on Pinterest, Instagram, and know the latest trends
  • Experience interior design OR degree/certificate in interior design would be advantageous   
  • MUST BE TECH-SAVVY
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and effective decision-making
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused and can maintain quality and premium customer service
