About the business
Our client is an ASX listed telco company with over 100 stores around the country. They achieve great results through providing exceptional and personalised experiences for their customers to ensure that they are meeting their customers’ requirements.

About the Role
As the Business Manager you will be managing a team of up to 15 people, and you will be driving optimal customer service standards. Through impeccable customer service you will drive KPI achievement and in turn run a profitable business. You will be responsible for managing all controllable expenses within the business.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
  • Full understanding of P&L
  • You would ideally come from a customer service driven background
  • Passionate about conducting ongoing coaching and training with your people
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • An eye for detail and strong operational skills
  • Stock level management
  • Effective problem solver
  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal
  • Basic/intermediate computer skills
