My Client is a ladies fashion retailer with a proud Australian history. They are dedicated to providing their customers with an exceptional customer experience, exciting fashion whilst focusing on the community and environment! The product ranges from casual wear, business attire, occasion wear and a large selection of sleepwear.
Key areas of work include maximising sales performance, exceptional customer service delivery, managing stock, minimising shrinkage and merchandising.
You will need to lead and inspire your team to drive sales and achieve outstanding financial results, as well as demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Effective planning, stock management, visual merchandising and organisational skills are essential to drive your store to success.
Desirable characteristics include:

- High Volume Stock Experience
- Clearance store experience preferred but not necessary
