 The Company:
This brand covers all bases of apparel from day, night, swimwear, active wear to shoes! The brand caters from size 12-24. It was established over 30 years ago and is going strong with over 140 stores nationwide.

The Role:
You will be working with a small team in the Camberwell to style the local customer base. There will be sales targets to meet and staff training and development to be implemented. A rewarding role selling quality apparel and accessories.
Ensure all store requirements are up to standard. This includes customer service, stock control, visual merchandising and KPI's. Upholding the image of the company and being passionate about the high quality of the product is key to success in this role.

You will have:

  • Strong management background at least 4 years
  • A passion for styling
  • A very personable personality
  • The ability to up sell and beat KPI's
  • A passion for team building 
  • Be a resilient and versatile leader  
  • A keen eye for Visual Merchandising
  • Proven record of team training and management of 5 staff
  • A positive and driven attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
