The Role 
In this busy, physical role you will be responsible for working alongside and leading a team of 5-10 team members, accountable for meeting all stock delivery outcomes from point of delivery through to the execution of visual merchandising standards. In addition, experience in managing and developing team member performance to meet brand expectation is required.
The delivery of engaging customer service is always a priority across this business, having a friendly, open manner in meeting our customers' needs is a must.
  
Can you....

  • Lead a team of 5-10 to deliver best practice in stock replenishment
  • Control processes from stock arrival through to visual presentation
  • Support store business initiatives by enhancing customer experience
  • Drive performance to surpass KPI goals
