My client is a market leading luxury lifestyle brand with stores worldwide. With a strong presence across Australia across digital and bricks and mortar stores, this brand has developed a cult following! Their interactive shopping environment inspire and engage customers and their teams are the same! We have a rare opportunity for a people centric, hands on Senior HR Manager/ HR Director to join their local team.

Reporting to the Australian MD, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Supporting and coaching the leadership team to drive a people orientated culture and high performing teams
  • Manage the talent function from recruitment and retention to future leadership development 
  • Manage and provide advice across all areas of employee relations
  • Identify areas of improvement across L&D, safety, people and performance
  • Lead and manage budgets and payroll functions
  • Collaborate with global on wider strategy and business objectives
This role is fast paced and hands on so we are seeking a unicorn - you will be just as comfortable supporting and engaging with teams on the shop floor as you are delivering strategic goals to the global VP. A passionate people leader, you will have experience managing a small team and developing the next generation of talent. This role will be snapped up quickly.
