An exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Administration Manager to join a Global Retail and Residential Group based in their brand new CBD space. This business operate a number of premium retail precincts across Australia and you will be part of a growing and dynamic organisation that provides exceptional career opportunities.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Supporting lease executive to obtain and negotiate lease approvals
  • Coordinating with tenants, lawyers and owner to finalize contracts
  • Preparing and authorizing documentations for all new lease offers, renewals and refits
  • Processing all lease information in company systems
  • Managing insolvency matters in conjunction with legal team and centre management
To be considered for this exciting role you will bring 3 + years experience in a leasing capacity ideally within the retail sector. You will be detail orientated, with strong understand of lease legislation and ideally bring experience with Yardi software. in return you will be provided with an above average salary, marketing leading benefits and the opportunity to truly develop your skill set with a global business.
