The Role
Our Client has an amazing opportunity for a Senior, and experienced Retail Store Manager for this flagship outlet store, in an extremely fast paced, large stock volume environment, with the possibility of progressing to a Cluster Manager in the future. 

You will need the following expereince to qualify for this role:
  • Meet sales targets, & stay above company minimum expectations of Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage a wage budget, & roster compliance
  • Strong focus on high level stock management and shrinkage 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Meeting and exceeding store standards and following all company policies and directives.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising directives
  • Recruit, induct new team members & develop them for success
  • Conduct regular product knowledge sessions for your team
  • Live and breath the company core values and bring the brand to life for your teams and customers
To be successful you must have:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a  Store Manager - Footwear preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proven success with driving sales results and meeting KPI's
  • A customer comes first attitude - go above and beyond and be a true brand ambassador
  • Must lead by example on sales floor and meet personal sales targets
  • Experience with recruiting and developing a team.
