The role 
This role is managing a team of up to 10. You must have a great customer service history and love giving the perfect customer service to every customer. In this role you need to be confident in operational tasks and passionate about training and developing your sale associates. Previous history in rostering and wage management with a minimum of 2 year Management experience is a must. 
You will bring 
  • A passion for providing amazing customer service and being a strong leader
  • An excellent understanding of rostering and wage costs
  • Previous development skills and drives team to achieve success 
  • The drive to continue to build a strong customer service base
