If you have a love for cruising we have an abundance of Cruise consulting roles throughout the Auckland Region with a leading industry specialist. An environment where staff are supported to succeed through on-going training and development.
Provide a high level of support to our team of Cruise Consultants mainly in relation to processing bookings and contacting cruise lines. In this role you will gain the opportunity to learn and develop your skills from one of the best leading brands in the Travel Industry with a view to becoming a Cruise Consultant!
What are we looking for?
- Ideally at least 12 months to 2 years' experience in a customer service/sales/or travel or position
- A strong customer focus with the ability to assist our customers and Cruise Consultants professionally and efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A polite and professional approach to dealing with customers
- Excellent administration skills
- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and well organised
- A positive attitude and team player
- Sales skills
