 My client is a global leader in fast fashion apparel and accessories. With stores in every major city worldwide and huge growth plans for Australia, they are the leading employer of choice for retailers right now!!  We have rare opportunity for an experienced Loss Prevention Administrator/Coordinator  to join their dynamic team in their Sydney CBD office.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include

  • Analysis POS data and sales records across the 20+ store network
  • Investigate and follow up on discrepancies with a focus on training needs, routines and fraud
  • Prepare and analysis store audit reports and log outcomes
  • Support the security team in investigations and interviews through detailed reporting and analysis
  • General loss prevention team administration
To be considered for this exciting role, we are looking for the following skills and experience
  • Experienced as a loss prevention coordinator/administrator in a high volume retail environment
  • strong systems knowledge and advanced excel skills
  • Driven and motivated to find red flags and identify solutions to reduce LP
  • Results driven and KPI focused
  • Ability to travel nationally
